Auto ROI

NOTE: This option appears on the menu only when the application for a 3D probe is set to OB or

OB Early.

Press the dial-button to turn it on or o. When turned on, the volume box is automatically located

in the area that will be converted to a 3D image.

The following should be taken into account with Auto ROI:

X Only images of the fetal body can be acquired.

X It is aected by the brightness or contrast of 2D images

X The volume box cannot be moved or resized.

Load Preset

Select Preset with the dial-button.

When a standard probe is used, available options are Default or from User1 to User5.

Acquiring a 3D/4D Image

1. Specify the location and size of the ROI Box as desired.

2. Adjust the various parameters in the soft menu.

3. Press the Freeze or Set button. The system will start acquiring 3D images.

4. Once a 3D image is acquired, a 3D View screen will be displayed according to the settings. The

current view mode is indicated in yellow on the menu tab on the screen.

X If a horizontally reversed 3D image is obtained, the image will be also shown horizontally

reversed in 3D View or 3D XI.
