1. Caulk ② Shaft-reduction B on ① Lever-ribbon feed and then

grease ② Shaft-reduction B with HG-31S.

2. Insert ③ Wave washer to ② Shaft-reduction B and then grease

③ Wave washer with HG-31S.

3. Insert ④ Gear-re_B to ② Shaft-reduction B and then fasten ⑤

Ring-e hole (ø2.5) to ② Shaft-reduction B.

5-1-4 Lever-tension assy

Part name Assembly procedure

① Lever-tension belt

② Shaft-pulley

③ Pulley

④ Washer-plain (ø2.6)

1. Caulk ② Shaft-pulley on ① Lever-tension belt and then grease

② Shaft-pulley with HG-31S.

2. Insert ③ Pulley to ② Shaft-pulley and then fasten ④ Washer-

plain (ø2.6) to ② Shaft-pulley.

Check ③ Pulley to rotate smoothly.
