To do list

This feature allows you to:

• enter a list of tasks to be done.

• assign a priority and a deadline to each task.

• sort the tasks by priority and status.

Creating the To do list

1. Press the

Add

new

soft key or the Centre key.

2. Enter the first task.

Note

: For further details about how to enter

characters, see page 34.

3. Press the

soft key or the Centre key.

4. Select a priority level of

High

Normal

, or

Low

using the Up and Down keys and press the

Select

soft key or the Centre key.

5. Enter your deadline and press the Centre key.

If you don't want to set the deadline, press the

Skip

soft key.

Editing the To do list

When you select the

list

menu, the list of

tasks displays with a status mark, if a task has been

done, and priority level indicators; for High,

for Normal, and for Low.

Scroll to a task from the list and press the Centre

key to view the details for the task. You can scroll

through the tasks using the Up and Down keys, if

necessary.
