Chapter 5 Measurements and Calculations
D Trace
This is a basic measurement that is available in Spectral Doppler Mode only. You can specify a point in
a Spectral Doppler image and trace a curve from that point to calculate the velocity, integral value and
average velocity of blood ow.

Trace a curve. The method for measuring a curve is the same as in “2D Line Trace.”
3.
When the measurement is nished, its result is shown on the screen.
